Awaiting refund 3 months after returning their vehicle

Worst service received regarding a refund, so Liza Mashoane hired a vehicle from Thrift Car rental in Bloemfontein airport beginning of July, the vehicle was returned a week later in good condition, since then she has been given the run around from the bank to Thrift at her own expense coz there is no point in calling their call center, when you want a vehicle from them, you will receive world class service, however when it is time for them to refund your deposit, you will be given the run around for months at your own expense. Till today no refund has been received.
