Awaiting my refund

Still have not received my refund from the 30th September. Every time I call I get told my refund has been processed and someone will be in contact with me but nothing. The best part is that we didn't even get a car, after we had made a payment of R3625. They told us they can't give us the car. I will not advise anybody to use their services. Their customer service skills are terrible all round.
