Avoid using Dollar Thrifty Car Rental

Do not use this company. They do not refund the deposit, so add R6000 onto whatever they quote you. Sent a complaint on the 17 November, still waiting.... I have used other rental company's in the past, they process the transaction and deposit refunds in a couple of days. Hertz is the owner so best to avoid them to I would think.
