Appalling customer service at Dollar Thrifty South Africa

I hired a car at the abovementioned car rental on the 17th to the 19th March 2022 let's just say starting from the agent who captured my details to the in person service at their East London Airport Branch the service was **********. First I was captured as a Khumalo whereas I'm Khanyile my Id & driver's licence were also incorrect and because of that I can't get an invoice. Secondly at East London Airport branch I told them I hired an automatic transmission because I have a problem with my left leg but was given a manual no apologies offered, was just given the key to the car told the car was in bay 22 only to find that, that was the wrong car told to go to another bay still wrong car only the third time was I shown the right car. All the while the employees of this establishment were just sitting outside doing nothing but could not courteously show to the car & fami****ize me with the car. Yesterday I spoke briefly with their indifferent manager Michelle who told they stopped accompaniment of customers to cars because it's busy. I find this very unacceptable and disappointing. I shall never hire a car with Dollar Thrifty SA ever again. I must mention though that yesterday Dineo from head office gave me good service and the gentleman at East London Airport captured my details again to try and charter a way forward thanks to those two.
