Appalling

DO NOT use these people . Rather pay the little bit extra and go for the well known car rentals.

1) I booked the wrong pickup location. I immediately phoned them and spoke to the rudest individual who promptly put down the phone when I asked why could they not just cancel the booking. They went ahead and charged my credit card despite changing the rental which I was charged for again. I paid for two cars rental.

2) The car was in such a shocking state that the car would not start the next morning. They sent out an aggressive rude person who told me that it was my fault as I had left the lights on. When I pointed out to him the lights were off he slipped in the car and switched the light on the roof of the car and told me I had left in on. They took the car back and still have not received the R6000 deposit nor the money I paid for the 2nd car. Beware!!!!!!
