Angry over delay of deposit refund

My husband hired a vehicle on 18 April in Cape Town, returned vehicle on 25 April. We have had the final invoice, but are really battling to get our deposit refunded. The website says they refund between 10 & 15 working days. I keep being told they are escalating the matter to no avail.
