The OR Tambo Office cannot provide good service and are extremely ***********, I have been waiting since Friday for a refund for money that was taken without permission from my account, an additional R3000 was taken from my account , that after waiting an hour for the car because it was not ready. Rowena at your OR Tambo office has promised since Friday she will refund the money i am still waiting.

I am still waiting for the refund, i feel the consumer commission should investigate you as a company as many people seem to not get their refunds
