Admin that does not function

From the reviews by other people, it is clear I am not only one who struggled to get my deposit released. After 10 working days (forget about the website telling you 4-7 days!). I emailed for an invoice and release request, without any response. Then I phoned head office, which promised to phone back - do you think that happened? – not with Thrifty! I then eventually received an invoice by email. When in an email response I asked Tony Chetty who had sent it what about the release, there was dead silence. Therefore I phoned the Durban airport branch myself. Al last there was someone who promised to act - which she did. She phoned back and said the deposit would be released within 24 hours. Now I wait and see ...
