ABSOLYTELY POOR SERVICE BY DOLLAR THRIFTY CAR RENTALS

Really poor service!!!!! I haved shared before about being given a lower grade smaller vehicle whilst paying in full for a higher grade larger car. Really sad that to date this company has not responded to me on a solution despite my having sent emails and Whatssapp messages to Mr Abdul Mohamed, the manager at Cape Town International. In addition, the R2000 deposit they debitted to my credit card has not been returned. Its been 3 weeks since I hired the vehicle. My only option now is to approach the consumer council with a formal complaint and investigation into the operation of this company.
