9 days later, no deposit returned into my account. After several calls and messages to the customer care centre, being sent one mail and after that the issue being 'resolved' without speaking to me. All they have done is deducting money from my credit card on 3 occasions without my permission or explanation as to why this was done.

you clearly are used to tricking people and robbing them off their money and with this experience will never recommend or use their services when traveling.
