8 weeks unpaid refund

I returned my rented car to Thrifty on 28th January, to this day I have not received my deposit refund. First they charged me more that my rental and deposit then they delayed paying my refund. I have called them repeatedly for weeks and send emails and have been sent from pillar to post eventually I was told that my refund was paid to the wrong account and they are investigating it, I asked why should I wait for that investigation to be finalized when this is not my fault its their system. I have asked to talk to Managers in the refund department but for some reason no one wants me to talk to Suleman, the consultants keep telling me that the matter is escalated , its now 8 weeks with no refund.
