I have made 3 reservations during the cause of Dec and January. To date, I only received a refund for the first rental and even with that, I did not receive any receipts of what was charged to substantiate the amount returned. I have continously requested my refund and all receipts pertaining all rentals and also be advised when I should receive the refunds, To no response.
