Howdy Thrifty

As customers we know we are exceptionally quick to complain, however I would like to express my thanks to a suburb team at Oliver Tambo Airport in Johannesburg.

My wife and I are retired and travel frequently throughout the country, Swaziland and Namibia. We normally use the 'other guys' and on this trip we opted for Thrifty. Well we were impressed. From the pick up, although it was exceptionally busy with other customers...good sign :) , during the hire and return.... i cant fault it. We have compared your services to the 'other guys' and you guys get a 5 out of 5.
