2 Deposits still not paid out. 1 month and counting

Deposit Returns is a nightmare with these olks. I rented a car on 3 November and returned it on 14 November. My deposit has not reflected in my account and i converse with them daily since then and they keep telling me to contact my bank because they paid the deposit. My bank says that money never found its way to them and there is no record and the cycle continues 1 month after returning the car.

Rented again on 26 Nov and returned the car on Nov 30, we are on day #14 and the funds are not yet back in my account.

In total they are holding R4 000 of mine from November
