15 Working Days letter and I still haven't received my deposit

I rented out a car on the 8 April 2022 under ref no: ***. I still haven't received my deposit till now. Their excuse is that my deposit is still being held by my bank which seems to be confusing because my bank card was the only thing needed at the time I paid my deposit. Its is 15 working days already and I still haven't received payment.
