Bad customer service

Hello guys Has anyone ever bought tickets via doek on fleek lifestyle and got a refund when asking for 1. They cancelled Pretoria gospel event at the 11th hour and have been asking for a refund since 28march, they just ignore messages or when they do get in touch they sell lies. Kindly assist us to get our refund.
