10th year Doek on fleek celebration DBN
This year’s Durban event was cancelled at last minute in July and I have been begging these people and right now they have chose ignore my WhatsApp messages and emails. I have never dealt with people who are so *********** 🙄 imagine I had bought tickets for 9 other ladies and they are all asking me for their money whereas I have not received the refund. My advice for someone who has never attended to not even bother cause these people are unprofessional they will cancel last minute and give you a run around when you want your money back

10th year Doek on fleek celebration DBN

Maskhandi Festival ticket refund
****py service. No responses. They are ******* who are continuously *****ing from other people. We must now run after these *********** people begging for our money back as if it's our fault that they couldn't arrange a simple Maskhandi Festival. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Utterly disgusted
I bought 3x tickets for the Cape Town Doek on Fleek event scheduled for the 9 August, and was cancelled on the 3rd August. My ohhh My! I have never ever dealt with people who lies so much to give my money back, and takes their own time to respond . I am utterly disgusted with the way they are handling my refund request. Since the 3 August has been one story after the other, & being sent from pillar to post with the company @Fixr they using to purchase the tickets. This is my warning to the public , purchase the tickets at your own risk with these people! They are ***** full of ****** lies!!!

Hello guys Has anyone ever bought tickets via doek on fleek lifestyle and got a refund when asking for 1. They cancelled Pretoria gospel event at the 11th hour and have been asking for a refund since 28march, they just ignore messages or when they do get in touch they sell lies. Race Postponed, no refund, no contact
Paid for a group of ladies for the JHB run on 7 June 2026, this was posphoned during the week. I asked for a refund via their WhatsApp number as all of the ladies can't make the new date, no response not even a automated message stating receipt of the message. I will never support them again.
