Docs4U- Unreliable and dishonest
I paid a fortune for a service that wasn’t provided. I was given false information, mislead and **** to constantly during the months dealing with Docs4U. I missed my submission deadline as the documents were not ready on time even though being assured that 3 months is plenty of time for them to procure the documents as they only need 20 days max. I was offered a refund as I did not receive the service that I paid for, I am still waiting for the refund…

06 Oct 2020, 11:38All documents requested by yourself was received. The Pandemic had a major impact and to say that I am dishonest is false. Refund was offered and declined by you as you "needed the documents", Refund not applicable as work was done. Good luck on your overseas ventures

06 Oct 2020, 12:28Hi Anne, my point is that I paid for a service that I did not receive. With a 3 month lead time, you guaranteed that I would have all the documents in time, with knowledge of the pandemic. Despite all that, your service was unprofessional and below average. Each time I had to follow up with you I would either get no response- then ages later getting a response saying “sorry for the radio silence”, or getting a response saying that the documents are ready and they will be sent tomorrow (without them actually being ready). Instead of being completely honest from the get go and not mislead or ignore me. Yes, all documents were received, however not on time and after consistent nagging and pleading from me. I also did not decline the refund. I would not write a false review, I received terrible and unprofessional service and I am sharing my experience here in hopes that you would take it constructively and improve your service going forward.
