Incomplete order and no refund paid as promised

The first time I ordered from Doc Surge medical the service and delivery as great. The 2nd time I ordered which was 26 Feb 2025 Every time I followed up I got told that it will be delivered soon.i had to keep following up on my orde mulitple times Eventually I was told that Reason for delay was that there was a death in the family of one the sales lady Sue. Eventually i got my order but the order was incomplete. I contacted Sue at sales again and she said she would rather get them to refund. This is now 2 weeks since and no refund. I contacted Sue again and she said that she has reminded "financial assist" and will dend me POP asap. I find it totally unacceptable the I the customer has to keep following up and that the goods or the money due to me is not delivered or paid over. Unfortunately I will never order from them again and will never promote business.
