POOR/NON DELIVERY OF PAIID/POP ADJUSTABLE SHOWER CHAIR

Excellent service and product at half the price
I ordered a portable oxygen machine from DocSurge and paid the deposit immediately as it was half the price of anything else I could get in the market. They immediately communicated the timelines as the product was coming from China and promised to keep me in the loop, which they did. Then, due to the USA / Iran war the product got stuck in Dubai. The team at DocSurge communicated every few weeks and let me know once our product was on its way again and advised that I should pay the balance. When it landed in Jhb, they delivered it to me the next day, to save me from needing to collect it, which I thought was a lovely gesture, as the delay had not been their fault. The portable oxygen machine is excellent. Its quiet and comes with a carry bag and a car charger which is a real plus as we used it to travel around the Pilanesberg Game Reserve. The plug is too small for our sockets in South Africa, but I simply used a standard kettle cord that worked perfectly. Thank you for all your help and perseverance DOGSURGE team. Jacqui
