Tyre Change
Mbuso and Limpho were so helpful, I hit a pothole yesterday afternoon, Mbuso contacted me directly and Limpho ariived to help me within 20 minutes. I am so impressed by their professional services, Mbuso kept me up to date as to when the operator would be with me to help change the tyre. Limpho was very friendly. I was back on the road within 5 minutes of his arrival. All the Best wishes to them.

Worst Service EVER!!!
DNR Assist was allocated by Tracker to jumpstart my car at 07:51 AM, but they only arrived at 10:01 AM — over 2 hours later. Throughout that time, there was no communication whatsoever from DNR Assist. Tracker had to step in just to find out where the driver was. As a female, this kind of delay could have put me in serious danger had I not been lucky enough to be at home. Being stranded for hours in an unfami**** or unsafe area could have had serious consequences for my safety — something DNR Assist clearly does not take seriously. When the technician eventually arrived, there was no apology, no urgency, and no sense of responsibility — it felt like they were doing me a favour instead of providing a service I’m paying for. DNR Assist is the worst roadside assistance provider I’ve dealt with, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
