DNATel causing major damage to our neighbourhood

DNATel are installing fibre in my neighbourhood, they have been busy for over a month now and they are causing damage and destruction everywhere that they go. They have hit our water pipes causes us to be without multiple times, damaged electricity cables and existing fibre too. There seems to be no planning or any idea of what is underground before they dig. The pavements are dug up and look terrible in a neighbourhood that was once so beautiful.

There is no accountability or even apology to the residents, but they are hoping that we will sign up with them.
