Poor service at the Centurion licensing centre

I have been trying to renew my licence for the past month or so. Apparently, I have to update my personal information before I apply for renewal. The staff at Centurion DLTC have been less than helpful, giving me a run-around and telling me that I have to check on the status of my details in person. I asked if I could call, instead of wasting my time and fuel going there only to be told that my details have not yet been updated, they gave me a number that no one attends to. I asked for the details of their CLO, they gave me the same number that just rings on end without being picked. I have wasted time and fuel that I could have used on other things, following up on a simple issue. My licence even expired and I still cannot apply for renewal. I wonder if it's mere incompetence or something else.
