Do not adhere to fixed appointment times. Pathetic and unfriendly service

After having a fixed appointment, I had to wait three and a half hours for the test.
At collection time I waited 2 hours to eventually receive the message- "Your license was sent another place".
To date I have spent R 256.00 in parking money and still no license!
