Annoyed

I am so dissapointed and frustrated with you guys, I renewed my drivers license LAST YEAR September and was told to wait for an sms to come and collect my license, I have been there 5 times already and turned back because there is no sms received to come and collect, its been almost a year and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY LICENSE or an SM to says my license card is ready for collection, THE LADY AT who works with Collections os simply rude and does not even care, the process to renew flows and services is good but collections is BULL****, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY LICENSE, whats the way forward to this because when I visist your branch I am told to turn back and wait for an sms to collect after 11 months of waiting!!! someone please get back to me!!!!!
