Unauthorized continuous debits

I cancelled my subscription on the 24th of December 2024. Disney debited me again end of January 2025. I spent approximately 3 hours on the phone and got refund. They guaranteed me that everything is cancelled and I won't be debited again. End of February 2025 I was debited with the full subscription plus an additional amount. I just called and spent approximately half an hour on the phone and they can't help me. This is unacceptable!!!
