Too many flaws, not worth the money

You'd expect a company of such to have their ducks in a row before launching, however, the service has too many flaws to have been launched:

1. The app is not configured for Android tablets, the images are tiny, you cannot use the app in landscape mode, the search function is all over the place and makes it very difficult to find things that you may like.

2. There is no app for laptops, the website is difficult to use, and also has a bad search function.

3. The library is smaller than expected.

4. The worst for me, ads all over the streaming service about upgrading to a year plan, I've already paid for a month, I do not need to see this ad all over, it's flippen annoying. I do not want to *upgrade for more savings* I've paid for a month plan. I do not need to have this ad in my face.

5.customer service is not helpful, always apologizing that they are a new streaming service, however there hasn't been any updates improving these issues.

6. Disney plus is not that new of a service. It exists in other countries, so how can they be this terrible within South Africa?

Netflix did not have these issues, and, is by far a most superior streaming service compared to Disney plus with a much larger library, even showmax, with a few of its flaws does way better than Disney plus.

Disney plus is most certainly not worth its money, and I must admit, there seems to be no redeeming qualities that justify staying with this service.
