The world of Disney in South Africa may just be a circus

Waited months by pre-registering for the channel in anticipation for the 8 month premium for a year discount. On the 18th May patiently waited in the morning for my special link. Even tried to use the special code they had sent me on pre-registration but nothing. By mid afternoon I registered and paid because I thought I had lost the opportunity and really wanted to start watching the channel and felt that I could always sort out the issue with a sympathetic ear. The link was eventually emailed to me. I tried to use it but then it told me that I alreay have an existing account. I phoned today to try and get urgent assistance on this because it is a material savings and I felt that I had gone through an effort more than the others registering yesterday and today. I was disgusted and disappointed to hear that because I had dared to pay a premium alreay and register without waiting hours after everyone else for the link, I had lost out on the deal. This is so not in the spirit of Disney. This is a poor show.
