really not user friendly impossible

i subscribed for the channel on the 18/04/2022, was told that my TV is not compatible, my TV is a smart LG tv, however i was told to buy an Android TV Box which i did and when i log in it says Disney plus is not available in my location and i have chatted with multiple people which give me deferent answers, i was told change country on the TV i did once that was done managed to log in and received OTP pin and when i am on the home page the screen is just blue with nothing on so .... just a heads up, make things easier for your customers you did not have to have a complication process take notes from Netflix show max makes this easier for people to watch i have paid you and now i have to watch on the phone ... as now i waisted money bought a TV box and one of your consultant told me LG is not compatible.
