Poor Quality Products

<p>Dear Disney Products,</p> <p> </p> <p>My daughter like many little girls around the world is a huge fan of your shows, she loves everytinh disney from the clothes to the toys and even cutlery.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was huge disappointment for me when I purchaed for my baby girl 2 disney items that did not meet the standards I have come to eccept from disney:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. The disney Frozen beach pack that is supposed to come with a towel, hat & sunglasses in a beach bag, to my disappintment the bag was flimsy and did not survive a day outing, the bag also did not contain the hat as advertised and paid for.</p> <p>2. I purchased a Minnie mouse medium sized bag for school, this morning as I am getting my daughter ready for her first day back at school i noticed that the straps for the bag are already giving up.</p> <p> </p> <p>These items are not cheap, and I do not expect this poor workmanship from an organization like yourself, are the suppliers of these products being screened for quality assurance? </p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed in the Quality of products ! Such a waste of money</p>
