Poor customer service and service in general

We recently purchased a smart tv specifically for the built in streaming services including Disney+ .Our joy is short lived as it has stopped within a few days and the customer center are of no help.Spoke to Zintle yesterday,pleasant but no solution,another agent whom I cant recall and finally Sinovuyo who seems to have a chip on his shoulder.
