OTP doesn't get sent

I updated the app on my iPad and now I cannot access it on the iPad because I never receive the OTP. I tried 10 times in a row and nothing. I've tried the live chat option to get it sorted and it didn't help. If this isn't sorted asap I will simply cancel my subscription.
