Misleading promotion

Signed up on 15 September on a promotion they ran until 29th September. Promotion was R49/month for 3 months. Only received 1 month now n must pay full price. Very disappointed...tried everything possible...no help from Disney plus South Africa. Don't even want to give them any stars because what **** are they running. Their services are pathetic. I'm still in limbo. No answer. Very disappointed.
