Keep trying to deduct although its month by mont

You always deduct before time and then sometime I dont want to reactivate and that is one of your selling points but you try and deduct 2 times a day witxh leads to bank charges on my bank evey month sometime over R600 why in the hell do you huys do this and then your guide on how to cancel on the app is incorrect BTW no man this is unacceptable
