Fire South African branch

Disney mails me to tell me to download the new app. Within 24hrs the old one will no longer work. I do so and now I can't watch Disney on my TV. Why is it that everything South Africa touches is destroyed. Netflix no issues, Prime no issues, also no South Africa touching it. to top it off then when I wanted help last night. I can only imagine (probably sleeping). I wanted help to today and I go from 20 to 3 to whatever. how do you move in the line. why give me a number if you going to change it. Disney please fire your South Africa Branch. I have some pics
