False & misleading Advertising

I signed up for Disney plus because I saw a promotion of R49 for 4 month for new subscribers, after that back to normal subscription of R159, when I clicked on the link it asked that I download the app, when I down I started to subscribe, to find that they didn’t have an option of that R49, so I assumed that this means I can click on the normal subscription and it will pick up that I am a new subscriber, to find that was not the case, they debited R159 from my account and when I send they agent the question they told me that I was supposed to use a link that they sent after signing and subscribing, which they didn’t share before, this is misleading and false advertising.
