False advertising

I signed for the r49 spring promo in March 2025 in April 2025 I received an email to say I need to subscribe. I was suppose to be on the r49 promo for 4 months. I spoke to an agent and they claim I signed up manually for the promo. Nowhere does it state I had to sign up automatically. I feel this is a **** to get subscribers.
