***** INCOMPETENCE

Price Locked and activated to Disney Plus with an up to date account for 22 years and we are being batted back & forth between the DSTV & Disney Plus's *********** numbskull staff for over a week!!! An error code is STILL not resolved with these idiots not even comprehending what is going on. Several calls to DSTv ,several calls to Disney Plus with BOTH referring us to one another....Disney Plus stated that because DStv DID NOT PAY THEM SO WE HAVE OUR SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED?????!!!! Yet our account is active & paid for on a PRICE LOCKED ACCOUNT.....EMPTY PROMISES OF ESCALATIONS & NO CALL BACKS.
