Disney Subscription Cancellation process!!!!

I cancelled my subscription, but my account is still being debited after chats, emails it showed cancelled my account is now in a negative for 2 months and paying bank chargers. How is this a month-to-month subscription and cancelling such an effort. Especially when I cannot afford it, I am worse off paying all these banking charges and for something I don't use at all. I am at a point to change my bank which is such a mission!!! Hopefully someone will finally get back to me!!
