Disney+ SA Providing great customer service!

I have been struggling to get DStb to changed my Disney+ subscription amd they failed to assist me. Today, on a Sunday, I turned to Disney+ and I was requesting them to just cancel/delete my account as I would be paying for what I am not even accessing.

I was assisted by Vuyani on Disney+ Chat and he asked what the problem was, I explained to him and he made sure to get me a temporary solution and also advised how I could get assisted by DSTV. He was attentive, willing to assist and went out of his way to turn a bad experience into the best customer experience I have ever experienced.
