Disney Plus South Africa

I have a Samsung smart TV. I stream all of Disney's competitors products as well as loads of other services without any issues whatsoever. I subscribed to Disney Plus South Africa and no matter what I do I cannot get the app on my Samsung TV. Trying to get some sort of technical support has proven fruitless. If you are going to offer a product then make sure it works for everyone or at least make it known that it only works on selected television sets so as to save potential customers untold frustration. Probably just going to cancel the service as I don't always want to watch the channel on my phone.
