Disney Plus = horrible site that's not working

Horrible site! I was unable to stream via PC with a constant error showing high traffic detected (even if you delete all history/cookies). I eventually got through to support and decided to delete account since they could not assist with the error, this was over 3 days ago. And yet, today they deducted the subscription fee, which has also increased without notice. I tried to sign into my account to initiate the cancel process yet again, but the error now reflects my account deletion is in progress and that I'm not allowed to access, but I paid the full amount via debit order?!?
