DISNEY PLUS ERROR

We have been getting a PL-3016 error on a number of programs on Disney Plus that we were watching on the DStv Explora. We have been experiencing this issue for a while now without a resolution being given. I have spoken to Disney and although they are aware of the problem, they cannot offer a solution. Their fees are high and its not fair as we cannot watch. Dstv are not even aware of this problem
