Disney Plus charging customers double subscription per month

People please be careful when registering for this subscriptions. I only now just discovered that Disney Plus has been deducting double payment on my profile one via DSTV and other direct on my credit card, I called to get answers and was told they can only refund me for June because I didn't cancel subscription I have been paying double since last year over a year. They confirm they can see on my account double payment but are saying I cannot be refunded and are blaming me for not picking it up sooner. I spoke to an Agent called Anele.
