Disney Plus cancellation

Unfortunately I had to click on 1 star. They do not deserve one. I have been trying to cancel my subscription due to personal circumstances. They continue to attempt to debit my (sadly empty) account, multiple times per day. There is a cost from the bank each time, I have tried to resolve this with their online consultant, only to be told that they will continue to do this for 14 days. Four times per day! Due to this, I will never resubscribe. Absolute ******** behaviour.
