Disney 'less' not plus is an apt title!

Would be better to give a zero! I subscribed to Disney for an entire year a week ago! I am sick to death of waiting for the code to be sent, time allowed is 30 seconds and it takes about 4 resends to get it! When I finally login I spend even more watching the little blue circle going around and around than actually watching the show! The quality of the picture is pathetic. The only thing that does work is the subtitles, which come on randomly. I don't want subtitles, that is why I switched them off, again and again and again! I regret getting Disney plus!
