Disney+ Disappointment

I love them content on the platform, but there all the shows and movies on the app on my TV pauses and cuts the whole time. The app doesn't have a "play from beginning function" either, which is quite frustrating. I would rate it 6 stars if I didn't try watch Dr. Strange 2 and could get through the beginning without it the picture and sound cutting and starting again a few seconds later ever few seconds.
