Bad service

It has been 2 weeks now that I have been struggling with buffering and poor quality I have a 100 mb/s line and all other streaming services if running fine.

This morning I just had enough I cant even go into the website this morning keeps on giving me a error and reference number.

This is the first month that I have disney and really I doubt the I will renew because there is no solution to the issues.
