A fairy tale gone wrong!

If this channel thinks it is going to hold any candle to any of its competitors then it is delusional. In fact if I was Disney, I would pull the plug from the South African operation as quickly as possible. The administration and operations is pulling their name down with the lack of service, the way they cannot effect a simple change, they cannot offer simple customer care. This was a true fairy tale gone wrong.
