Yho, yho, yhooo!
Zero starts for Mmabatho. Repeatedly sighed and took deep breaths before giving unsatisfactory answers to very simple questions. Was then placed on hold for several minutes only to come back and repeat what she had stated at the onset of our conversation. Shockingly low level of service from a company I expected to do better.
